How can we improve New Mail?

just give me back my old email. don't like this one.

    The top portion of new format (headings, addressees, etc. takes up so much room on my laptop screen that I only see two or three lines of my message. This is unacceptable. If it were not for the fact that probably 1000 people have my e mail address (which publicizes Yahoo) I would change immediately.

    Your procedure to go back to previous format (Classic) does not work. "Switch to Classic mail" does not show up at the bottom of the window.

    My computer has slowed down considerably....l am all for improvements but this is not one of them!

    I like the delete individual feature you did away with. I don't see any benefits for me in new.

    The instructions to switch back to Classic Email (old) DO NOT work.. Clicking the settings icon does not contain a Switch to Classic Mail at bottom of the window. i can nott print emails in the NEW Email!!. HELP!!!!!

    I don't really like this new format and I can't find my contacts list. The last time you changed the format you had a button we could click to return to the older format but it was no where to be found. I would not have checked it out if I had known there was not a simple way to go back by just a click.
    I really need to find my contact list ASAP because I have some new people I want to add.

    Use old BASIC format, SIMPLE with what you need to write and send mail

    With the old email I could copy a link and paste it in a email and it would provide a link along with a pic and the recipient could get to the website with 1 click but now they have copy and paste it in the address bar to go there. Some people aren't familiar with copy and pasting so they'll probably just delete my email without checking out the link. Also with the old format I could instantly see how many spam emails I had which would tell me it's time to delete the spam folder but the new format doesn't give me that visual cue. The new format takes away some of the convenience I had with the old format. I don't care about dressing up my email box with new color schemes and backgrounds so I'm going back to the old format.

    YES! give me back my classic mail you just took it!!!!, when i went online recently the new is stupid NO NO NO who said ok! no one give me it back.im looking online to how to retrieve! Dang!

    My hands shake a bit and sometimes I hit the flag by mistake . I did that today and then found there was no "Trash" category to get it back. I am very unhappy with the new format. having to flag and then delete seems like a step backward. I still want to receive my favorite shopping emails. I just don't want to read them most days. Please put the old format back.
