    I'm used to the old format......Do not have the time to spend learning a new one....PLEASE return me to the old format and do not ask to change again.

    Want to return to old format. This version does not show number of emails and when an item is deleted, it keeps asking to confirm or undo. Come on...this is getting ridiculous I want my old format back.

    There is no improvement with this new format--it doesn't even look good, in fact it looks like the old basic. Bad move. How do I return to my previous format.

    I've been trying to deal with the new mail, but dropped out for a couple weeks over the holiday card popup covering up my folders. I just can't get my head around the idea that the new mail is better or even as good as the old one. Too bad the new mail didn't come first, then they could make a big deal out of a superior product with the old mail.

    Just give me back the old format!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    With no ready access to contacts, etc. and info about numbers in trash, spam, etc., it is just awful!!!

    Every time the pop up about the new format arrive, I click on "Try it later" and enjoy the old format!

    I don't even see "Switch to classic" option. I wrote before and demanded that you didn't change my settings without my permission and now I can't even go back manually!

    This is no improvement. I agree with Vera Rooney, the original poster. I will try to return to the old e-mail.
