we need a button that says no , don't like , don't agree. and also we need a way to be able to place more then one item , into a file save at the side of our mailing, at a time, when you go to place more then one it always takes one at a time and you have to sit for hours to place them in a file, also , deleting , same thing if it's more then fifty, it deletes up to that and the rest reappears.
