Get rid of these obnoxious auto playing videos in my mail account. Not everyone has cheap and fast internet, the second these appear I exit your services. If you want to put static ads fine, even videos that don't auto play. I am going to leave yahoo mail if this is not sorted out after years of using it. If you can turn off the auto play permanently it needs to be easy to find. I don't want to have to spend hours googling how to turn the **** things off. If you want to annoy the **** out of your users you are sure doing it the right way. UNHAPPY

Video ads on my inbox? Really? I think I'll just abandon my Yahoo email...
Why does Yahoo want to drive away the last few customers that they have?

This has just slowly got worse and worse and worse.Stop playing live ads it stops everything. I am now getting messages saying my browser is it wont support Yahoo.
Go back to no advertising and sort out the browser thing -

I like the new format, hate the auto playing videos. I despise television and everything about it so why would I want to see Oprah bloviating about whatever? I keep one dummy email in my inbox just to keep from having to watch television commercials on my computer.

I absolutely detest your embedded video commercials. I am handling Email not watching TV. I understand the need to advertise and have no problem with static advertising but it has turned into a race to get out of my inbox and to another web page before the stupid video starts playing.

I also hated hearing this and just found a solution to ease your pain of constantly hearing these ads that ARE annoying..
this fix can only be done on a desktop or laptop home pc (not on the phone)
go to the tab that Yahoo is open on and you will see the "speaker " icon
right click the speaker icon on the tab and a drop down box will appear
you will have an option to "MUTE TAB"
select that option
now we don't have to hear anything from Yahoo anymore!
Happy Holidays hope this is a good fix for your new year!
