How can we improve New Mail?

Contacts should stay on the main mail page.

It's mail. I shouldn't have to open up a new browser tab.

    I cannot even find my contacts anymore to make changes. How lousy can it get?

    All my contacts have disappeared. I have them on gmail but have gone from new mail. I get moved back to old Yahoo mail format as soon as I check contacts.

    I totally agree with this there was no reason I see to have moved the contacts from the mail mail page. This has been the most inconvenient part of this new process. please put the contacts back on the mail mail page ASAP !!! Thank you, Betty Wells

    As a senior citizen, change is not easy but this has been almost unbearable I DO NOT want to have to create another browser. Thank you, again

    When I click on contacts it takes me to the old version and I can't click on multiple names and have them show in the email. I have to start typing each name and then pick from the drop down box. Not as easy to do. When will this be changed? I should be able to add contacts to an email both ways. Will continue to use old mail until this is fixed.

    I thought companies like yours should be customer focused. The new format sucks! all these so called improvements are just for your progammers ego not t0 assist your customers. listen and react to the feedback please

    I can not bring up my contacts list under this rotten new email format. Stop with all the BS pretty phots and get back to a basic email yhat provides meat, not fluff. don't make me switch.

    Your contacts look more like a piece of movie film what happened to the person icon?
    Opening up the old version to get to the contacts is really a sad-sad method!
    I was going to make Yahoo mail where all my contacts were kept. Unfortunately importing them from other email programs is not important to your programmers.
    I have found the methods to import cumbersome.

    I AGREE. WHY SHOULD YOU MAKE IT MORE DIFFICULT TO USE? WHAT DID YOU GET OUT OF CHANGING IT?
