improve IT support for users as unable to access account for 2 months
The IT support is non-existent to the point that I have lost my account that I created in 2014, with no chance of getting back. In fact I have had to create a new account just to add this comment.
Also now any work or personal emails and attachments are now lost so I have no chance of recovering documents/emails if I am to apply to jobs/mortgages etc.
