I have spent hours writing an important email letter to my company. Yahoo would not scroll me down to the SEND option.
You have probably caused me to loose my job as I could not scroll down or send my email to my company and I had a deadline with information they needed to know NOW.
What I wrote for 2 hours would not be sent and was not saved - just a red strip. I tried to copy and send to myself for safety but it would not send even to myself -- it is not in my draft - just a red line. My life does not feel it is worth a lot right now. A lot of the time an ad was what was blocking my SEND icon. Nothing would move. You are allowing your work to destroy the lives of others.

My idea is that Yahoo's email system will be carefully scrutinized and repaired so it is reliable. Also, you could monitor and receive direct information when someone is having trouble --just accessing the ability to scroll or SEND. And you should never switch the icons -- for SEND - for example - to the top of the page where I finally found it one time --- but most - you will not allow your ads to jump on top of our email or anything else we have open. Today and often the ads are blocking my ability to scroll down up or sideways - and no SEND is only one example. If ads do this you should offer a monetary apology - and have the problem stopped immediately -- fine the ad company if necessary. You is hurting your users in big ways more than you can know, by not being a reliable email provider.
