Make sure a) we can get into mail, and b) we can see all messages on the landing page and then all earlier messages within threads!
Your performance is way below acceptability. I've used Yahoo Mail for more than 15 years but you're about to lose a customer.
1) I couldn't get into mail at all for half of yesterday. This is Yahoo, right?
2) Today I can only see today's messages and not ANYTHING earlier. WTF?
3) Why are you implementing 'upgrades' that download service, bring bugs, creating server crashes (apparently) and that nobody wants in the first place?
4) By grouping all conversations between individuals into a single thread you start to make things convenient but then you ruin that all, and worse, by truncating the threads so you can't see all earlier messages in it.
5) Who's doing the planning and where is the feedback BEFORE implementation of these so-called improvements?
6) Many more, but these are fatal flaws in themselves. Need to hear back from someone in a position of responsibility on them, and future realistic plans...
