How can we improve New Mail?

Not only very slow, but I hate this new format as you dont know which thread you are replying to.Also very slow.

Not only very slow, but I hate this new format as you dont know which thread you are replying to.Also very slow.ALOT of challenges between deleting/checking emails via phone app and laptop.
