Find a way to smooth how Yahoo mail runs when ads are shown.
I have installed an Ad Blocker program because whenever I used yahoo mail in any browser before installing an Ad Blocker, it would slow down, and eventually freeze up my browser, which would then use my computers system resources until my computer froze.
After installing Ad Blocker, I have had no problems like this.
I have no problems with Ads for a free product, but it cannot have this extreme of a system impact, or it becomes unusable -

When I cannot see my email inbox until all the ads are loaded, I am sure what is primary in Yahoo's mind; not the service it is offering, but the revenue it can generate. It's all about the $$

It did not make a bit of difference or make better when I disabled Ad Blocker for Yahoo. Old Yahoo email has had lots of issues as well. Can't open mail , or thinks forever, doesnt go to the search phrase I put in. Yahoo mail in general needs to be upgraded.

Hey Yahoo, you know why I'm not disabling my AdBlocker for email? It's because in a span of just 1 minute, my AdBlocker blocked 24 ads.
24 ADS IN ONE MINUTE!!!!

I don't mind the older ad frame on the right, but what totally and completely infuriates me is the incorporation of ads that "appear" to be emails, or which are indistinguishable from my emails, or which are located so close in proximity that sometimes attempting to click an email results in opening or launching the link for an ad.
I also DO NOT care for the popup, no matter how softly worded or deceptively innocuous, that attempts to tell me that my ad-blocker is interfering with my email. I was FORCED to install an ad-blocker because so many websites now are (front) loading their pages with so many ads that you either cannot see the content without disposing of the ads or the ads delay loading the content so noticeably that you are tapping fingers while waiting for the content to load because the ads take up so much bandwidth.
IF the ad-blocker continues to be attacked by websites, including yours, I will install a script blocker and if your site becomes unusable as a result, I will find alternate sites to provide what I am looking for. (NOTE: I already DO NOT visit www.forbes.com because they block content with an overlay requiring me to disable my ad-blocker - last time I visited, there were more than 70 ads blocked for a single page on their site - outrageous!)
PS: I've had the same yahoo email account for more than 20 years, but I am good with walking away over bad policies and bad service!

I was paying for my account, for years, then the price shot way up, so I voted out. Next stop, move to somewhere else.

It is everyone's right to protect their online privacy with adblockers. I will not whitelist yahoo mail, please remove the whitelist option window.

The only thing interfering with me browsing my mail is this **** popup. Why do you need ads in my mailbox? I already get enough spam... I don't need to be blasted with more.

came to give feedback to ask to stop showing the stupid whitelist pop-up message. Happy to see a lot more people are irritated by this... Stupid Yahoo

I'm also NOT turning off my ad blocker, Yahoo. NOT HAPPENING.
Ads make my pc slow. I don't need it. I have enough on without a slow pc on top.
I also don't need you begging me to whitelist you so you can make money through ads.
You're a massive company. Make money by using your multiple brains!
You already don't pay taxes! -

Go back to the previous mail program. This one is so slow and lags that I have been unable to even use it most of the time. I don't use any of the programs that says I need to whitelist it either.

I don't have any Ads blocker. I had it long back but have removed it since. Why am I still getting a message form Yahoo to remove it?

I understand you want to earn from mail. I am happy to pay. Remove the whitelist stuff, for I will not remove my ad blocker. Unlike some people on Earth, I have things to do and plan stuff. Ads, disrupt, are rarely interesting and often complete inappropriate. And its slows down my mail.

Well said. We remove adverts for a reason and being bombarded with spam from yahoo, or having to face that stupid 'white list' message all the time is completely wrong. I wonder how many people are leaving because of it, I'm on the brink now and I know a couple of others who are.

Same here. The ad blocker is there for a reason - ads interfere with my e-mail experience, making it significantly poorer.
Won't stop the pop-up? Fine, I'll find another e-mail provider.
