I am deactivating my account-thought you would want to know why.
I tried to get assistance on the forum, with no luck. I then had to navigate my way through a completely convoluted customer service portal that discourages participation, only to be directed back to the forum (even after I said I had already done that) and have no other options for communication or help from yahoo. I am going to gmail and never looking back. I had this account since 1998 and will not be recommending any yahoo products or services in the future.
