Why can i not set a filter from the email source as done in the past? Why is it necessary to go dig into a buried settings menu?
The new filter process is not user friendly. I am an iT person by trade & having to dig into a menu & then deeper into another menu to then go through a complex process to filter is counter productive. Previously the system allowed you from inside the desired item set a filter based on that item from several data points. That seem to work well & was much more stream lined compared to having to be willing to poke int a menu & see where that rabbit hole goes....or not.
