    stop the pop ups - take notice of customer feedback and act on it - clearly the pop ups are annoying a lot of your customers

    I second that - it is a complete waste of time especially the Christmas greeting one - Christmas is over now and I never wanted it anyway there should be a don't show this again option

    Enough with the popups, Yahoo must be itching to have subscribers switch to another email service.

    Your pop ups could not be anymore annoying! Other than checking my Email I am using Google for all my searches.

    I HATE when I've used something for years & then suddenly it changes & things are either moved around or taken away. JUST STOP! I still use a generic Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP program & LOVE IT! From the comments I've read it seems most don't like or want ANY changes, ESPECIALLY the **** pop ups! if you INSIST on updating or "enhancing" things then make the UPDATE the option, don't change things unless WE specifically ask for it or want it. I guarantee most will stick with the older versions in many cases. Also, don't totally phase out customer support for older versions. I'm sure as time goes on more people will want updates or new users will be fine with the latest versions but MANY of us are just fine with versions we've been used to for YEARS. But the computer industry is thriving enough that it won't kill you to maintain a staff to deal with problems with older versions.

    Every time I switch to the mail screen, I always have a Yahoo Team-created ad come up asking me if I want to send a card or say hello to an old friend. What's the point? It just blocks the screen I actually want to see. It is about as pointless as facebook saying that you haven't talked to X Y and Z in a while, you should wave at them.

    Stop the pop ups... I pay for a Pro Account...I do not expect popups to be present!

    Do not like the pop ups please stop them.And please pup my mail back the way it was .Stop trying to fix something that is not broken.
