i have a g mail account , how do i redirect my yahoo emails to my gmail account

I don't know about 'redirect' but you can import your contacts and then send out a mass email to those contacts to tell them about your new email address.
There is a tool in gmail to do this. Go to gmail, then go to contacts (upper left corner with red drop down arrow). Then left side middle there is the option to expand 'more'. Under that there is an option to import. click and follow directions.
