How can we improve New Mail?

Trying to cancel Pro Mail

Utterly ridiculous. followed the instructions to cancel service and it doesn't give cancellation options. Landed on this page trying to contact Yahoo about it. PLEASE CANCEL IT!!! I removed the credit card so I'm not paying for anything, but don't want emails constantly reminding me to update my payment method.
