It is frustrating to search the e-mail and could not find it.

    For NO reason, a year and a half of my emails in my Inbox DISAPPEARED!!! There's no one to call, no help other than a useless restore request which did NOTHING. This is horrible! Erasing important records, memories, so much!!! This is beyond not OK and I will never trust Yahoo.

    In few of my e-mails, the document attachement can be seen, but I cannot open the documents.
    Please help me.
