Notifications please
I have checked and rechecked my notifications - today I had both my phone on and my laptop opened in yahoo while doing work in another app, and did not receive a notification for an important incoming email - happened to see it on my phone an hour and a half later. There are a lot of us contractors who use your email because of other things I like- the ability to search, file, and keep entire history of company emails. But if I miss a call for a job, or a reply I am waiting on that affects the effectiveness of my business, at some point I would have to say enough is enough and switch. Please fix the notifications for emails for those of us who have that enabled.
Make sure that notifications are turned on in both the account’s settings and on the device as well (in the case of your phone). It might help to remove and re-add the account/app from the device and re-add it.
Also, keep in mind that regular Yahoo accounts are not intended for business purposed as per the Terms.
