font size ***** and your response it to generic to help change it to font of my choice and size
an easier what to change default font setting to my font of choice and size I am older and eyes don't see small fonts as easy and many of my email recipients can barely see so I have to change it everytime I send an email remember "KISS" keep is simple stupid
You can change the default size in Mail by following the steps here:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/sln28330.html?redirect=true
This should keep you from having to set it each time you compose an email.
Thank you!

What happened with the controls on the bottom of the compose for the e-mail?
I used all controls that were located at the bottom of almost every e-mail.
Please return these features for FREE yahoo mail and not require a paid service to be able to use them.
Thanks

Please DO NOT change my chosen outgoing font size to "Tiny!" I am trying to be considerate of correspondents whose vision is very limited.
Yahoo provides us with a way to select a "Compose" font ... but then it forces a change to "Tiny" when we begin to compose a new email. AND it forces Replies into "Tiny" font, too. PLEASE STOP IT. If you are NOT going to honor my "choice," stop pretending to offer a choice, and tell us why. -

I'm frustrated. The new emails are defaulting to a teeny tiny font size that I can't change and it's really making me mad. Previously, I could change the size, color, and other aspects of the email message template but now I can only change the actual text of the message. Also, for some odd reason, I can no longer use the upper case '2' for the @ sign. I have to use the quote key which is located next to the Enter key on the right of the keyboard. In all of the years I've been using a keyboard, this is the first time I've had to change positions to insert the 'at' key in an email address. Someone needs to address these questions and make some modifications right away. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is experiencing these problems.

Fix the screen fonts please! Hardly any difference between bold face and regular face. The latter looks more like a demi-bold. The only clear indication of read/unread emails in main window is the little bullet mark at far left margin.
Same problem in email composition window.

Since the current default font size is microscopic… in every browser on every device, and other people are complaining about this too, so this is a Yahoo! problem, not my browser or my machine… if I switch to a different window to do something else, when I return to my compose screen, the font size has shrunk back to microscopic again, by which I mean everything that I have previously typed and set to a readable font size has shrunk! This happens over and over no matter how many times I change the font size… and again, in every browser and every device.

1. Curser is not returning to the next line. It goes off the viewing page.
2. There are no icons for fonts size or other options?
Today the line came up with the fonts etc only in a reply. Compose has no font option. Cant you show the fonts and more important items to the send tool bar instead of a row of dots? -

I really don't have any idea what is causing this problem, but I wish it could be fixed. I use email for business and it looks very unprofessional.

Oftentimes I try to change the font size of my email text and nothing happens. I sometimes try changing to very large and back to medium to see if it takes; it takes the request to change to very large but then when I try to change to medium it goes to small. This happens mostly when replying or forwarding emails, not when writing new emails. It may be something related to how you render emails from other providers.
