How can we improve New Mail?

Yahoo Contacts not available for several months

When I am trying to access new yahoo mail contacts, it's automatically opening another page and switching to classic yahoo mail but Yahoo Contacts not appearing. Showing "Yahoo will right be back, thank you for your patience. Our Engineers are working quickly to resolve the issue". This is occurring for several months and I am not able to access Contacts to create, edit or delete contact in Yahoo mail.

    I am facing exactly the same problem. When is Yahoo likely to resolve it? Yahoo --- kindly advise
