How can we improve New Mail?

As the rest state, please allow a custom number and type of emails to be deleted in batches. e.g. date, unread, read, sent from ...., etc.

    Instead of using Edit and having to tap each email, be able to use a specific time period designated: FROM 01/01/2020-01/01/2023, and now DELETE. So much more efficient.

    It would be nice to delete emails by "pages" and then just click off the ones you don't want to delete...then go to the next page instead of clicking "select all" and having to start unclicking the ones you want to save all over again. This is mind-boggling that there isn't an easier, more efficient way to sort through thousands of emails without having to select and unselect constantly the ones you've already done that too...need it to go page by page or by dates or something!

    STOP PUNISHING USERS BY MAKING THEM ONLY DELETE 100 EMAILS AT A TIME, WE DONT WANT YOUR SUBSCRIPTIONS, IN WHAT WORLD IS IT OK TO MAKE SOMEONE SPEND 8 HOURS TO DELETE TENS OF THOUSANDS OF EMAILS 50 OR 100 AT A TIME, THESE ARE REASONS WHY YOUR HATED SO MUCH.

    It's hard to come back to an older email when you literally see over 18k+ mails in it from things you have signed up to in your teens.

    There needs to be a button with an option to select all messages in any folder and delete all of them. I have over 166,000 messages in my inbox on one account that I only have the option of selecting 100 at a time to trash. I would then need to select 100 at a time to delete out of the trash. This is one account. My sbcglobal.net account receives thousands of messages that use the same yahoo interface. It would be helpful to just have an option to click a button to delete all of them. Google does this and can delete at least 15,000 messages at once if not more.

    Please add a erase all mail; button. I have 116,115 unread emails that I don't want to delete one by one.

    ****! I wrote in box above! Should have let me post from that box! Remove it! I said I should be able to delete my inbox or any box by clicking just one box to select all. I should not have to check each message to delete!

    If I have multiple mails that I want to delete I:
    - click trash can on top one, it goes away and focus is then left to old 2nd mail
    - I keep doing that until I have two unread mail
    - when I click on top one it gets deleted but then focus is moved to first read mail after last unread mail

    If I'm doing this fast I frequently just click trash can again thinking I'm about to delete last unread mail but really delete 1st read mail -- which I may have wanted to save

    I have 152,000 unread emails and will continue to clog the Yahoo server until they all for email deletions more than 50 at a time.

    Please make it so we can delete all of our email to trash with one click.

    It takes toooo long to delete them screen by screen and it is a waste of storage.

    No one wants to spend hours deleting emails individually or a small groups of 50.

    I end up with a huge amount of old emails that don't get cleaned out because it can't be done on a big scale. We should be able to pick a year and delete in the inbox, not just 50 at a time. Sent folder should have a trash can icon to clear out completely in one step. Emails disappear from my inbox and I assume it is because of the accumulated bulk I have.
