Inbox View Settings
Could your Techno Geeks, tweek the Inbox Settings, so that emails can be viewed & saved "By Sender" rather than "Latest arrival"? I have this feature on my other more serious business & personal email addresses. Thanks for considering this

Hi there,
Sorting by sender is available if the conversations feature is turned off. Please see how to disable conversations here:

After disabling conversations, the “Sort by sender” option becomes available in the sort menu at the upper right of the message list.
