Irresponisble behaviour of Yahoo's customer support (Ticket No.: 29140872).

In spite of 5 days having passed since I logged the ticket below, there is no response from your side. However, what has happened is that, you have now forced me to use the new version of Yahoo! Mail, in spite of refusing to do so several times earlier (due to the fact, that you are not providing the facility to use Yahoo! Notepad within the same browser window, as earlier and are forcing me to switch to another browser tab). So, please be informed, that unless and until you come up with an acceptable solution to my problems, I will take this issue up on social media e.g Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
