Good start. Get rid of Mayer. She is clueless. Yahoo is in dire straits and no hope. The mail is awful. Organization is pathetic and news is the worst it can ever possibly be. If you want to be in the news business get someone who knows what to do and how to present it legitimately. And I do not mean Katey Kuric.
