Email announcing automatic switch to latest version of email
On Jan 20, 2019 and Jan 31, 2019 you sent me identical emails announcing that my email utility would be automatically switched to the "latest version of Yahoo Mail" on January 31. I visited https://overview.mail.yahoo.com/ to learn what the latest version looks like and discovered that I am already using the latest version. After the first email, I commented here and the comment just shows "REVIEWED", but I never got an answer about the erroneous notification. You obviously don't know what version of email any of your customers are using, you're just taking a shot in the dark. Very unprofessional.
