Allow people to reach out for help
A really good idea for Yahoo would be to have some sort of way for people to reach out for help when errors are occurring. Instead of just directing them to your FAQ and a forum that doesn't offer any support, you could make sure your users are able to contact you if their issues aren't on the FAQ. I googled your customer care number and of course got an "all circuits are busy" recording after trying a few times today.... I'm sure there are times when people are able to get through... My issue is not on your FAQ. And yahoo doesn't want to help people who they're only making money off of through ads. And I don't want to pay you 5 bucks a month to MAYBE be less terrible.

commentedThanks for the suggestion. I don’t have a Twitter and would rather just change over to gmail but I’ll keep that in mind
