I mistakenly marked an e-mail as Spam
I accidently marked an e-mail as Spam and it wasn't Spam. What can I do? I want to keep receiving those e-mails and I'm afraid I won't now. Please help!!!

The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Not Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify important emails in the future. Also if you use a mobile device or email client to access your mail over IMAP, please check the Spam filters in that application, to make sure it’s not marking important emails as spam.

Please stop sending emails from our long-time clients into spam folder. A simple way is to recognize the email legitimate domains.

Good email is going into the Spam folder. Half of my regular communications from friends has been put in the Spam folder in the last week or two. This didn't happen before, so something has recently changed for the worse.

IMPORTANT INCOMING EMAILS ARE GOING TO SPAM FOLDER. I DID NOT MARK THEM AS SPAM. HOW DO I STOP THIS FROM HAPPENING?

Why do you even give the option to mark as "not spam"? You turn around and keep putting the same thing in the spam folder anyway.

I am getting spam warnings from you attached to e-mails from people in my address
book. The messages have a "political" component in someones censorship infected mind.
One was a joke about gender issues and bathrooms and the other was simply a video ot
Teslas lined up at a charging facility. Clearly nether was spam and you know it, it was an
attempt at censorship, something I don't need from my e-mail provider. These aren't
publicly posted items either, they are communications between two private parties and it
is outrageous that Yahoo would intervene and attempt to censor them. -

I am missing emails due to being moved to the spam folder when I am expecting to see them in the Inbox. As you know there is no notification the email arrived. Waste of time to constantly have to check the spam folder for new email.

I have domains where I know the email being sent is not spam. However, the only way I can keep it out of the spam folder is to set up a filter to move the email to a unique email folder.

Fix your spam algorithm! Email from contacts IN MY LIST is being flagged as spam and I am missing important messages. This is unacceptable!

I give to a charity organization every week called FCA. After I give they send me a conformation email and Yahoo puts it in the spam folder every time. I have added them to my contacts and hit not spam many times. It makes no difference. It still puts it in spam.

Emails from my state's Senators are going directly to SPAM. Why would they go there? Is it because I live in Florida and my Senators are Republicans? I sincerely hope that isn't the reason. I mark them as "Not Spam", but the new ones continue to be routed there. Can you please stop that from happening? I am actually interested in what they have to say in their updates.

Good afternoon!
I have been hacked several weeks ago. Majority of my letters arrive as spam starting that time.
Would you like to help me redirecting they into my inbox.
Thank you in advance.

When we send a mail, instead of going to the senders' INBOX, it goes to SPAM/JUNK folder.

Emails for certain senders, including newsletters that I have paid for, go into the spam folder despite my REPEATEDLY marking them as NOT SPAM. Could you please devise a way to fix this.
This is particularly annoying when obvious rubbish gets through to my inbox. What's the deal?

Like other users, I am having emails from a particular account always being marked as SPAM. I've marked them as Not Spam, I've added it as a contact, and I've even created a filter to move anything from that email address to my Inbox. Still every single time it places new emails in SPAM. The kicker? This is a account from my primary care physician, *** . I almost missed test results because of this! Please fix it.
