I mistakenly marked an e-mail as Spam
I accidently marked an e-mail as Spam and it wasn't Spam. What can I do? I want to keep receiving those e-mails and I'm afraid I won't now. Please help!!!
The best way to resolve this is to mark the emails as “Not Spam”, that way you can train the spam filter to better identify important emails in the future. Also if you use a mobile device or email client to access your mail over IMAP, please check the Spam filters in that application, to make sure it’s not marking important emails as spam.

Emails from my state's Senators are going directly to SPAM. Why would they go there? Is it because I live in Florida and my Senators are Republicans? I sincerely hope that isn't the reason. I mark them as "Not Spam", but the new ones continue to be routed there. Can you please stop that from happening? I am actually interested in what they have to say in their updates.

Good afternoon!
I have been hacked several weeks ago. Majority of my letters arrive as spam starting that time.
Would you like to help me redirecting they into my inbox.
Thank you in advance.

When we send a mail, instead of going to the senders' INBOX, it goes to SPAM/JUNK folder.

Emails for certain senders, including newsletters that I have paid for, go into the spam folder despite my REPEATEDLY marking them as NOT SPAM. Could you please devise a way to fix this.
This is particularly annoying when obvious rubbish gets through to my inbox. What's the deal?

Like other users, I am having emails from a particular account always being marked as SPAM. I've marked them as Not Spam, I've added it as a contact, and I've even created a filter to move anything from that email address to my Inbox. Still every single time it places new emails in SPAM. The kicker? This is a account from my primary care physician, *** . I almost missed test results because of this! Please fix it.

I am getting so sick of Yahoo putting emails from my contacts into SPAM that I am seriously thinking of leaving Yahoo after over 20 years. I see lots of other people have raised the same concern - and I can't 'vote' for them

I am MORE than frustrated w yahoo & their incompetence to resolve my complaints … most have been about dumping ANYTHING THEY WISH into spam folder! I say, “restore” or “NOT spam” & most disappear into cyber-space! UNPROFESSIONAL! Yahoo is antiquated & incompetent!! How does one eliminate the GD spam folder ENTIRELY???
It makes ZERO sense to have one, when it deletes e-mz that ARE IMPORTANT to Me! -

Why is it you can not fix the Block emails option. Just return the settings to the way they were so I can block certain email.
Also fix the spam folder from getting my regular email. -

It disturbs me NO END that y'all are now red tagging EMAILS FROM MY CHURCH, TO WHICH I'VE BELONGED FOR 4 YEARS, AS SPAM. Do it again and I'll start looking for another provider.
And yes, it'll be inconvenient for me to change MY ONLY EMAIL ADDRESS AFTER 30-some years. That should tell you something about how insulting your stupid warning is. Y'all need a grip 'cause y'ain't got none.
PS - It also bothers me that the only way y''all will allow me to LOG INTO MY OWN, PRE-EXISTING ACCOUNT IS TO AGREE TO GOD KNOWS WHAT terms that take HOW MANY YEARS to read and comprehend????

I want email having "ABCXYZ" in the subject line to never end up in the Spam folder. Thy can be from many different users, but have a certain element of subject line in common.

I received an Acknowledgement of a Phishing complaint from abuse@outlook.com.
I have a filter that if that address sent the email, it goes to my INBOX!
You delivered the message, but tagged it as "SUSPECTED SPAM" ~~
How many times must I mark a MICROSOFT address as SAFE, for your Artificial Idiot to accept it as SAFE??
If the address has a filter to send it to my Inbox, WHY does your system repeatedly mark it as Suspicious??How do I get rid of a duplicate filter?? I can't delete it.

Over and over and over I click "NOT SPAM" on the same legitimate emails but you continue to PUT THEM IN SPAM. Is it really that difficult to get this straight? I'm sick of missing emails only to find them days or weeks or more later. To add to it you don't even let me know when there's something IN the spam folder. I assume a good email system works correctly meaning I shouldn't have to remember to check there every day; apparently this doesn't apply to Yahoo.
