Though Yahoo Mail Pro promises the disappearance of ads, there is no mention (that I can see) of the measure of performance improvement gained by this disappearance. The assumption here is that there is an improvement worth discussing. Is that true?
While waiting for some response to the above I decided to try Yahoo Mail Pro. The difficulty I encountered was that the identification of the fields to contain the credit card information where so lightly displayed that I had difficulty seeing the descriptions. Now, the combination of some knowledge about what the fields might mean and some serious observation helped to sort this out. However, after several such observations I decided to delay signing up for fear of making mistakes in any case. One should not make it difficult for people willing to spend money. AB0009,
