Lock out loop
Employ people who do proper joined up thinking.
Recently you advised some suspicious activity (not me) and asked me to enter code which would be sent to an alternative email account. Fine, I always support security initiatives - when properly thought through
When I attempted to log into alternative account, I get same message, asking for code which would be sent to the first account (to which I can't log in without code.... ..we have a lock out loop here!). Brilliant! Locked out of both accounts.
Thankfully, next day, issue seemed to have gone away and I could log in. Think these things through!
