You need customer support for technical assistance with handling emails. I have a question that doesn't appear in any FAQ's.
There is NO WAY to get an answer for a technical support question if it doesn't happen to appear in your small handful of FAQ's. You NEED a live person chat or voice-in-person call option to serve your customers. Perhaps there's a reason Yahoo is failing as a forum... What a shameful lack of service... Tsk, tsk!!!!
