Not Able To See Thumbnail and Title of YouTube videos in Yahoo E-Mail
I have always been able to copy a YouTube video and paste it into the body of an e-mail that I send to someone. Five days ago, when I copied and pasted an e-mail from YouTube, I was unable to see the name of the video and also the thumbnail (the picture) of the video, after I pasted it into the body of my e-mail. This issue was escalated to the Escalation Team. They told me that it appears that YouTube is not supporting thumbnails any longer. But, that is not the case. I called Google and they said that they are not having an issue with this. Google said that it appears to be a formatting issue on Yahoo's side. I told the Escalation Team that, yesterday, I was able to copy and paste a video and I was able to see the title and picture in my e-mail. And today, I was able to copy and paste two YouTube videos, successfully. But, it appears to be an intermittent problem. All of the other attempts I made, failed. I was not able to see the thumbnail or the title of the video. I need an answer on Yahoo's side as to why this is happening...I am a DJ and I use this feature as part of my work.
