Support for use.
Are you at Yahoo actually looking at this. No support is offered without paying a fee. I have had an account for 40 years or so. With all the ads I see you should be able to offer at least minimal support, not just robots. I can find that much info (in better detail) on Google. Everything leads back to the paid service page. "Gee we just need a credit card number!"
