How can we improve New Mail?

Your help center is very frustrating! I don't need automated responses or required choices. I need the option to describe the problem.

Have the option to send an email where you describe the problem! Not just drop down menus!

    Emails sent to trash are deleted immediately or within a few minutes, not 7 days. How do I stop this??
