How can we improve New Mail?

I no longer have my old mobile phone but I need access to my yahoo e-mail account

I no longer have my old mobile phone (it was disposed of). Yahoo will not let me have access to my e-mail account because Yahoo returns a prompt that says to check the code sent to my old mobile phone, even though I do still have my username AND password and Yahoo accepts both my valid username and valid password.

Without the old mobile phone, Yahoo makes my sign-in fatal even with my e-mail and password accepted by Yahoo. Please help ASAP! There were important e-mails that I need to access.

Thank you in advance for help from Yahoo tech support. All they would have to do is update my recovery mobile phone number to my new mobile phone number.

    ok so I no longer have my old phone number but I type in my password and it still won't accept it. I want to change my phone number but don't know how. Can't seem to find the account security page and the instructions to follow are impossible to do because those options are not available. Yahoo suck.
