This customer interaction system is like a hide and seek game. And I'm paying for this?!!!!
I paid for an ad free email account. I don't have time to spend half a day playing games trying to find out who changed the rules on a paid account. Want a good idea? How about giving customers what they paid for. Problem solving is a massive problem with yahoo. Simplify the customer interaction access page. It's bloated beyond reason.
