Why do my emails change to groups while I am viewing more than oneemail
Why do emails have to suddenly change to groups while I am viewing them I already have emails from certain groups sorted into groups. I need to answer a solicitors mail not write up stuff on here. While I am trying to follow a timeline within the solicitors mails suddenly I am faced with a new group of emails. It is not helpful at all because I d not know if this new group is what I have already viewed, about to view, or not even viewed this time. Rather than trying to be clever can you just leave settings alone please its distracting and no help
