Customer Service and Deceptive Marketing through Yahoomail!
I have just spent the most frustrating 26 minutes of my life with a customer service representative by the name of "Jenny" who has absolutely no idea whatsoever about the meaning of the words "customer service". It was if she was on a mission to induce either a heart attack or an ugly response from my side to justify her incompetence. I don't know if anyone reads these comments but if they do, you know who I am as I am signed in, please have a supervisor reach out to me as the issue of this representative's incompetence is serious and beyond being condoned. She is doing you more harm then you can possibly imagine. I believe the customer calls are recorded so you can access the transcript of the call to verify what I am saying.
