Change is good BUT not all at once!
Why couldn't there be smaller changes, not all at once?! Most people are frustrated by this. Stressful, slows us down at our work, stressful! Please, do one change at a time.
It's kind of like you know, instead of having one newborn baby, the good Lord puts upon you for newborn babies! Now does that describe what you've just done to us? Thank you
