Identity Theft Today
My yahoo account has been blocked today. Also my wife's accounts. Same applies for the gmail. Someone is using the yahoo as I tried to reset password but new email addresses appeared and new phone number from California. I got to access mine, but the others we cannot do anything to reset. I tried resetting and apparently whoever does this works at the same time. I saved all activity and have emails of the hacker and ph# but one cannot talk to a Yahoo specialist as you are on hold forever. How is it possible for someone suddenly to just access account and change all access information? What type of security is this? It should have been blocked to pursue any further. Furthermore they changed emails and phone number to not be able to recover. Yahoo fraud dpt should have jumped on it.
