Need longer Inactive Time
Why did u delete all my emails? Users should be informed. Old data must at least archived. Highly disappointed experience.12 months is a very short period.
I don't recommend Yahoo !!!

I agree, it is awful. I had my email address / Yahoo account for over 20 years and it had a massive amount of old messages I was keeping that are now all gone. I had switched to another Yahoo email address and only infrequently logged into this older account. I didn't know there was this inactivity period that would result in all of my old messages being deleted. What a horrible way to treat me as a long-time user, as I have been sticking with Yahoo and not moving to another service over these years. Yahoo, is there no way for me to get all my old messages back? Any normal help service seems non-existent – I'm not going to sign up for a paid help service, I currently have no old messages.
