How can we improve New Mail?

I have been forced to change my password that many time yahoo will not recognize it and now can NOT SIGN-IN. What the **** is going on?

Yahoo will not let me sign in to my acc: ****@yahoo.com.au I need to get to my acc: as it has files that i need legal as well as family and friends. All i have been getting from your web pages is nothing but a runaround. What i need is to get into my acc: and for Yahoo, to finally remember my password and stop telling me i have to change it all the time

    I am hoping that someone at Yahoo knows how to do their job and can fix this problem ASAP. And get back to me as it is urgent for me to access my files. Today would be excellent. Please, thank you.
