print email to PDF via "Destination"
Problem solved, for me at least. When I click the "print" icon, it takes me to a smaller version of the email. Then click the "print" icon in that small version. That takes me to the print command page. The print command page menu provides a "destination" box with a "carrot". Click on the "carrot" and it gives printing options including print to PDF.
