I wasn't made aware that the yahoo mail inbox was changing. GIVE your USERS a CHOICE, new inbox or keep the old. Simple really
I wasn't made aware that the yahoo mail inbox which I have been very happy with for decades was changing. The new inbox wasn't designed for certain types of your clients, ie those with eyesight problems: the new inbox is SO CLUTTERED, it's become extremely difficult to even look at let alone find what you want, and I don't need to be told that this is yesterday's emails, I can work that out for myself thank you, and for those with autism where again it's lost its clean lines and makes it very difficult to read. And those buttons you have to do this and that don't work, so why are they there?? And another and, why are you even asking for feedback when everyone knows that you are like many other companies, you have absolutely no intention of changing anything anyway, so what's the point. The public are not the fools you seem to think we are. Last and, why not leave a button, like gmail does, to keep the old inbox if you choose to do so. Then we are actually being given a choice. Ditch this unworkable inbox and give the public a choice iif GMAIL CAN DO IT for its users then so can you. You are also forgetting those of us who have old machines which take a long time to load up. This is just making it worse.
