Al my contacts are disappeared on my PC. I still can see them on my phone! How can I restore my contacts on my computer?

Al my contacts are disapperaed on my PC. I still can see them on my phone! How can I restore my contacts on my computer? And why I don't listen to everyone telling me to switch to gmail?!!!
