I need the email to download all my emails and to be able to open them
Problem is as follows: I open my email account. Emails download. I choose an email to read but it will not open. Only some of the emails downloaded. Today I have emails from 3:01 pm to 710 pm. It does not show any emails from midnight last night to 3:01 pm. Current emails will load up as they come in but again the emails will not open. This has happened three(or is it four) times in the past month. I called Frontier and they told me to call Yahoo. The guy before today that I spoke with told me nothing was wrong and that there was a problem with my computer. I tried all the regular things; restart router, restart computer, close out and restart email. But after I give up and quit trying I find that on all the times I had this problem, the next day I tried my emails and they magically were fixed and everything worked fine. Today is another day with the same exact problem. This time I asked the person helping me it there was a way to convey this problem to someone at Yahoo. He helped me find this page where I could type in the exact problem I was having. I hope this message can go to someone who can find this problem and finally get it fixed. Meanwhile I will give up for today and hopefully as in the last times this happened I will try my email tomorrow and it will work as it is supposed to. Mary
