Be More Polite to long time Yahoo Users - Especially Canadians
Though I understand that you need money for your service and maybe ad revenue is not enough I find the way you went about informing me that my email mailbox was over the new limit (1,000gb dropped to 20gb) was very rude and unnecessary. Instead of simply sending a polite notice, multiple times, well in advance, I was alerted with a very aggressive notice that my mail box was full and that I had to delete a massive amount of my emails if I wished to continue to use Yahoo mail.
I am Canadian, could you not have been more polite and simply "Asked".
