Cant receive message from a particular website

I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue with my email account. I am currently unable to receive emails from the AVITS website, which is used for U.S. visa appointment notifications. This issue is preventing me from completing important steps in my visa application process.
I have already contacted AVITS support, and I was informed that the problem is likely on the side of my email service. They advised me to reach out to you to check if emails from their domain are being blocked, filtered, or restricted in any way.
Kindly assist me by:
Checking if emails from the AVITS system are being blocked, marked as spam, or filtered.
Whitelisting the AVITS email domain or IP address so that their messages can be delivered.
Confirming that my inbox is functioning normally and not encountering any technical limitations.
