Talked to a rep on your 800 line regarding slowness of email loading; said it was being worked on but no date given for completion
It'd be nice if the changes/improvement being done to yahoo email could be further communicated to yahoo users thru their email. Also, it'd also help if the reps on your 800 line were given a little more info regarding this process
as my rep was only able to say that it was being worked on and there was no definitive date for completion of "upgrade". Also, tips might be given (if available) to help speed up the email loading.
