Spam detection
Hi !The handling of spam messages is very frustrating. Many important emails are frequently marked as spam, and the spam folder is often forgotten. Messages from the same sender are treated inconsistently — sometimes they appear in the inbox, and other times they end up in the spam folder. In fact, about half of the messages in the spam folder are not spam at all.
I suggest considering a different approach:
Allow users to disable the spam‑filtering function entirely so that all emails go directly to the inbox.
Allow all emails to go to the inbox, but highlight potential spam — for example, by marking them in red.
