Problems with the Archive Email process
I would like to suggest making the Archive function less susceptible to accidental activation.
The Archive and Move buttons use very similar folder icons and are positioned next to one another. This makes it easy to accidentally archive an email when intending to move it to another folder.
More importantly, restoring an archived email is considerably more difficult than accidentally archiving one, particularly for users who never intentionally use the Archive feature.
My suggestions:
- Provide an option to disable or hide the Archive button.
- Allow users to customize the toolbar and button arrangement.
- Alternatively, provide an Undo option or confirmation when archiving messages.
In my particular case, an important software license email was accidentally archived while attempting to restore it from Trash. The Archive folder was unfamiliar, and finding the message again proved unexpectedly difficult.

Please consider giving users more control over this function.
A simple visual improvement would be to place a prominent capital "A" on the Archive button and retain a folder with a clearly visible downward arrow on the Move button.
have discovered that this problem has been occurring over an extended period. On one occasion, I found more than a dozen messages in Archive, originating from widely different dates. These were not intentionally archived; they had accumulated there through accidental clicks
The two functions (buttons) should be immediately distinguishable without requiring users to examine small differences between nearly identical icons.
Please consider giving users more control over this function.
