mailing list clearing
The mailing list clearing option is great but I accidentally unsubscribed from a wanted address and not I can't get it back! is there a way to access list of unsubscribed?

Too small...
Everything is so small. Making room for the ads and inaccurate news, I suppose.
The pointer is bigger than the buttons.
The text is microscopic.
The email titles are there, but seem unimportant on the page.
The graphics are deplorable.
Fire your designers, and hire Americans. -

fix the yahoo is not responding, recover web page
Fix yahoo, we are getting the message: YAHOO IS NOT RESPONDING,, RECOVER WEB PAGE. On the 17th it was working fine, then someone changed the format for the mail and now we are getting these messages. Yahoo has been having so many problems.
Doesn't anyone at Yahoo see the problem or the complaints we are filing?????? -
How can I change the photo on my profile pic, I changed it but it still has one up that I don't want.
I'm sure someone knows how to do this. I changed my profile pic but it remains the same.

I am actively checking for alternatives. Your ads are overkill, you are now embedding them further into my inbox. Lost linked email accts. I have been with Yahoo for more years than I care to admit. You ruined it.

redo your "contact us" option.
Your "contact us" or "Yahoo Help Center" is completely unhelpful to those with issues that dont fit in your 8 category help forums. Its frustrating to need help and be unable to find it in the forum and then have no one to contact. a system with a "chat with tech support" whether it be via instant messaging, email, or phone call would really please your future users and show them you actually want to help.

You introduced 3 new TOTALLY unnecessary divisions in the new mail (unread and starred and views) that are really annoying and can't be made to disappear for people who do not need them at all!!! Bad idea!
And surely you need more background solutions...look at the gmail and take some inspiration, if you yourselves don't have any... -

Where do the files go after I download them? They seem to disappear.

The new interface seems unfinished.
This new email interface does not seem to be working as expected. After opening an email and then replying to it, the email remains open in it's own tab. I have to go back and close it manually. Not sure if this is configurable, but it is a weird default, at best. Contact management does not seem to be implemented at all. Found the Contact button off to the right, but clicking it opens a new tab in my browser that shows the old interface. Contacts are there, but before I can use them, the message pops up wanting to…

I didn't ask for the new version. Return it to the prior one.
If I had wanted to change to the new version I would have done so during any one of the numerous requests to do so. To have it change without my OK is very irritating. Give me the old version back.
